Friday Night "Fun At the Beach" Reception
Join your colleagues for the opportunity to have face-to-face time with conference attendees in a relaxed atmosphere. All meeting attendees are invited and encouraged to attend (the reception is included in the attendee's' registration fee). Your sponsorship includes:
- Prominent Displays and Table Centerpieces featuring your company logo/materials at the reception. (The Event Manager staff will work with you to create a centerpiece using your materials).
- Verbal recognition during the opening address.
- Banner AD on www.mbopconference08.com with a link to your company website.
- One piece of your company's marketing material included in the attendee registration bags indicating your sponsorship.
- Large Balloon Bouquet at your booth in the exhibit hall identifying your Platinum Sponsorship.
- Your company name and/or logo will be included on all "official" conference products.
- Five (5) additional complimentary tickets for non-conference attendees to the reception.
COST: $5,000 ONE AVAILABLE
ADD-ON: Sponsor the reception bar for $1250 and receive additional recognition in all promotional materials and signage.
Conference Bags Imagine
meeting attendees carrying a bag with your company's logo on it. Bags
will be handed out on-site and will include all program materials.
These will be "Beach Themed" and re-usable for a continued advertising
opportunity.
- Company Logo on outside of bag along with Conference Name
- Only confirmed exhibitors may participate.
- A one piece insert
(must be pre-approved by the Conference Manager) in the bag. If you
would like to insert a gift or product instead, just let us know!
COST: $3,000 to the EXCLUSIVE sponsor COST: $2,000 EACH for TWO co-sponsors
Conference Bag Insert Put
your promotional piece directly into the hands of each attendee. It's a
perfect opportunity for a sales information flyer that you want each
attendee to have.
- Insert
can be no more than 81/2" x 11" double-sided piece. (Sponsor provides
the material and it must be pre-approved by the Conference Manager).
- If you would like to insert a gift or product instead, just let us know!
- Only confirmed exhibitors may participate
- Limited to one piece per exhibitor and limited to Five (5) participants
COST: $250 per sponsor
Conference Neck Wallet What
more could you want? It's a badge holder, lanyard and wallet all in
one. The conference wallet features a zippered pouch for your
valuables. It's great for storing your room key or "mad" money. The
back has another pouch for storage and the neck strap is adjustable for
a perfect fit. The top portion of the wallet is specifically designed
for your company's logo.

Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall Sponsor a breakfast and you are sure to be appreciated by the attendees! Sponsorship includes:
- Large Balloon Bouquet at your booth in the exhibit hall identifying your Sponsorship.
- Recognition in the Final Program as a Sponsor.
- A Sign during breakfast thanking your company for their generous sponsorship.
- Prominent display of your company's logo on placards at tables during breakfast.
COST: $1,500 Two Available for Friday and Saturday Breakfast
Lunch in the Exhibit Hall
Sponsor a lunch and you are sure to be appreciated by the attendees! Sponsorship includes:
- Large Balloon Bouquet at your booth in the exhibit hall identifying your Sponsorship.
- Recognition in the Final Program as a Sponsor.
- A Sign during lunch thanking your company for their generous sponsorship.
- Prominent display of your company's logo on placards at tables during lunch.
- Exclusive 10 minute VIDEO presentation during lunch on big screen for all attendees to view.
COST: $2,500 Two Available for Friday and Saturday Lunch
Refreshment Break
Sponsor a afternoon snack break and you are sure to be appreciated by the attendees! Sponsorship includes:
- Large Balloon Bouquet at your booth in the exhibit hall identifying your Sponsorship.
- Recognition in the Final Program as a Sponsor.
- Prominent display of your company's logo on placards at refreshment table.
- Only confirmed exhibitors may participate.
COST: $500 Two Available for Friday and Saturday afternoon breaks
Reusable Sports Drink Mugs Have your company logo on an official Sports Drink Mugs. Mugs will be distributed during one of the Conference Breaks. Attendees may use their reusable mug to take to educational sessions, while visiting the Exhibit Hall and take them home.

Special Delivery Put yourself at every attendee's door. Have your promotional material delivered directly to each attendee's Room. You can choose to sponsor a bag with multiple items or one gift.

- Limited to one piece (bag) per exhibitor and limited to Five (5) participants.
- Sponsor must provide artwork of company logo/name.
COST: $500 Five Available
Website Link Expand your Internet Presence. Link your company website to the offical conference website.
- Only confirmed exhibitors may participate.
- Your link includes a 50 word description with your logo.
- Link will be posted for Six (6) months at: www.mbopconference08.com
- Link will be live from May through October 2008
- Sponsor must provide logo and description to Event Manager for Website (Deadline is April 15)
COST: $75 One per sponsor
Customized E-mails The Conference Manager will send customized HTML e-mails that highlight the education porgramming and special events taking place at the Conference. A minimum of 10 e-mails will be sent our over the six (6) months preceding the conference to all prospective attendees, members and exhibitors.
- Your company's name and logo appear in a banner ad. (You must provide banner in HTML coding or a jpeg file that can be used as a banner).
- Only confirmed exhibitors may participate.
- E-mails will be sent from May through October 2008.
- No more than two (2) e-mails may be sponsored by the same company.
- You will only be displaying your banner with a link to your company website. You will have no input on the content of the e-mail.
COST: $100 per e-mail campaign
